What data we collect

We rely on the soft opt-in under regulation 22(3) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 only where it applies. Unsolicited direct marketing to incorporated company addresses is conducted under the corporate-subscriber treatment in regulation 22.

Where data comes from

Personal data is collected either directly from you (when you contact us, book a call, or fill in a form on this site) or from publicly available business sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, public business directories and trade registers.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate this site and deliver our services. Categories include website hosting and analytics, email infrastructure, payment processing, and document signing. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected either by a UK adequacy regulation or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required by tax, accounting or other legal record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we work to keep risk proportionate to the data we hold.
